Description
The purpose of this project is to develop an Asset Management Plan including development of policies and strategies to be used for planning and decision making of the District of Lantzville's assets for the long term. It is expected that Lantzville’s Council will endorse a District Asset Management Policy and Strategy. The development of the Asset Management Plan, including the improvement of available asset data, will result in the District's ability to produce reports from its Asset Management (AM) Software, which will be relied on to optimize future capital planning and replacement and reduce the overall cost to maintain such systems.The assets to be included in the data expansion, condition and risk assessments, and AM plan include all of the following: Land, Land Improvements, Buildings, Vehicles, Machinery and Equipment, Road Infrastructure, Sewer Infrastructure, and Water Infrastructure.
