Description
The Township of Wellington North (TWN) will develop an effective Asset Management Program that builds on the Township's 2013 Asset Management Plan, including performing a Gap Analysis and Data Review, develop AM Policy, Maturity Level Targets, and Roadmap, and completion of a project management plan to carry out the proposed roadmap activities to achieve maturity level targets. Completion of the above listed activities should position the Township of Wellington North to succeed in its next envisaged phase of Asset Management Planning. That phase include developing a risk management framework that assesses business, service, and asset level risks, and the development and implementation of a more robust asset hierarchy and asset register to facilitate collection of the right data needed, when it is needed, and why it is needed.
