Description
The City of Trail will lay the foundation for a more comprehensive asset plan that can be linked to a long term financial plan. The City will review and update the current capital asset inventory ((transportation, facilities, vehicles and equipment, parks, playgrounds, water system, sewer collection, and stormwater),develop a strategic framework for organizational-wide adoption of Asset Management practices, and draft an Asset Management Strategy Implementation Plan.
