As a part of this project Délınę Got'ı̨ nę will develop an asset management Strategy and deliver training toincrease its skills; the strategy will include a roadmap with targets to be achieved in its asset managementjourney. Together, they will help build an asset management foundation in Délınę Got'ı̨ nę, NorthwestTerritories. As part of the training efforts, the Délınę Got'ı̨ nę government will develop a level of serviceframework, and collaboratively plan the asset management vision, goals, and targets. Délınę Got'ı̨ nę willbe using a workshop approach that will bring the team together to collaborate and stay aligned.
