Description
The City of Camrose will develop a long-range (25+ year) capital replacement program for the City’s downtown. The City will hire an engineering consultant that will review all available condition assessment data and master plans, as well as meet with internal and external stakeholders to confirm the scope and timing of necessary upgrades. This review will focus on all public underground infrastructure (potable water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer), private utility infrastructure (natural gas, electrical, street lighting, telecommunications), as well as all surface infrastructure (roadways and back alleys, sidewalks, boulevards and park spaces).
