Description
The Village of Delburne will develop a geographic information system (GIS) to manage its infrastructure data and maintenance records. The program will be developed using ESRI ArcGis online platform, which allows users the ability to access information remotely on their handheld devices. This also allows field personnel the ability to update maintenance records in real time as work is completed. Information that can be stored and accessed include:• As-Built drawings;• Reports;• Infrastructure condition assessments;• Maintenance records;• Building records;• Location and coordinates of infrastructure (ie. water, sewer, storm ditching);• Mapping and customized queries;• Field collection and repairs (e.g., concrete, potholes, etc.).
