Description
The Village of Lions Bay will develop a long-term asset replacement financial model and strategy, develop an asset management policy, develop annual reporting templates for measuring progress on Asset Management for council and public. The Village will also improve its building asset inventory and condition data as well as update its existing asset management plan with the new condition information and inventory data. The overall goal of this project is to help the Village bridge its asset funding gap by developing a financial strategy that ensures that the asset replacement budget identified in the Villages AM plan actually gets funded. As well the goal is to ensure not only current council approves and supports AM funding but also future councils.
