The Town of Marshall has recognized gaps in its current asset management processes. The main activities of this project include the Town setting up a solid foundation for asset management. This project will include:• Developing an Asset Management Policy & Strategy;• Developing a 1-3 year Asset Management Roadmap; and• Developing a comprehensive Asset Management Plan.These activities will ensure that the Town has a solid foundation for asset management and a clear direction for the foreseeable future
