Description

As part of Phase 2 of the Municipality of Tweed's Asset Management Planning Project, the Municipality is committed to the completion of the following asset management planning initiatives:1. Preliminary Building and Facility Assessment (Expanded Priorities; 18 Structures: Tweed Municipal Office, Tweed Public Library, Tweed Fire Station 1, Tweed Arena and Community Centre, Stoco Public Works Garage, Waste Disposal Site Scale Building, Actinolite Community Hall, Queensborough Community Centre, Thomasburg Hall, Kiwanis Pavilion, Lions Hungerford Hall, Marlbank Pavilion, Stoco Public Works Salt Shed, Stoco Public Works Sand Dome, Hungerford Administration, Office, Jailhouse, Stoco Recycling Building, Public Works Quonset Hut).2. Asset Management Plan Overall Update (Version 2.0).Phase 2 of the Municipality's Asset Management Planning Project will build upon the detailed work completed in Phase 1 (2019), which concentrated on Core Assets identified in Ontario Regulation (O.Reg.) 588/17 - Asset Management Planning for Municipal Infrastructure including Roads, Bridges & Large Culverts, Water Supply Services, and Wastewater Services.
