Description
The Township of Otonabee-South Monaghan will develop an Asset Management Plan and Strategy and improvements to asset data. The development of the Asset Management Plan and improved data will allow the Township to gain advanced understanding of its assets performance and effectively plan for future maintenance based on data-driven decisions.The Plan and Strategy will be critical for compliance to provincial regulations and to enhancing the Township’s overall understanding of its AM program. Further, improvements to asset data will provide accurate information, which will lead to more cost-effective decisions into the long-term.
