Description
The Town of Marathon will purchase a work order management software system and data collectionprotocols, undertake asset management training workshops, develop a maturity assessment report, anddevelop a policy. These activities serve to work towards the Town’s compliance with upcoming provincialregulations and improve its asset data and asset management capacity.Developing a holistic asset management program requires an organization-wide understanding of theTown’s asset management systems and priorities, as well as improved data collection and trackingmethods. The new capacity developed through this project will ensure that the Town is building an effectiveasset management program that will assist with making better informed infrastructure investment decisions.
