The Rural Municipality of Whitehead will develop an Asset Management Policy, Strategy, and Plan, that will provide data on the key assets owned by the Municipality. Going forward, we will better track assets as well as create a clearer picture of the Municipality’s financial position and upcoming responsibilities. This information will guide financial decisions longer term, leading to a much more financially secure organization.
