Description
The Town of Two Hills has recognized gaps in their asset management approach. The main achievement of this project includes centralizing asset information with an emphasis on spatial data and condition assessments for the Town's transportation network. Staff will be trained on data collection and asset management basics. The Town will also develop an Asset Management Roadmap to guide asset management progress over the next three years.
