Description
The objective of this project is to develop a financial model that will help the community make informed decisions regarding the impacts of infrastructure investment on utility rates, user fees, Development Cost Charges (DCC), and taxation. This project will also include a scan and evaluation of other financial tools that may be available to help lower the tax burden. This project will build on the previous asset management work completed to date, notably the;• Financial Policy• Asset Management Investment Plan• Infrastructure Priority Plan
