Description
The Township of West Pert will develop its Asset Management Policy through this initiative. The Township in collaboration with of the Municipality of North Perth, Township of Perth East, Township of Perth South, and Municipality of West Perth has formed a working group to share knowledge and to hire a consultant through a joint RFP to assist in preparing a policy that is workable for a rural municipality. The Township will also set service delivery standards for the municipality, and implement a budgeting methodology that will assist and make possible multi-year planning decisions. Relevant municipal staff will also received AM training as part of this initiative.
