Description
The city of Kingston will conduct an asset condition assessments at various locations within its facilities portfolio. The extended scope and reach of facility assessments, made possible through MAMP funding, will enhance long-term financial modelling and support better asset management decisions for the 15-year capital budgeting process. This critical work will also help the City meet ambitious energy and Green House Gas (GHG) reduction targets for its facilities, and ultimately align with the ongoing implementation of the overall Corporate Asset Management Policy Framework.
