The Project encompasses two short term actions recommended in the Village of McBride AssetManagement Assessment and Asset Management Plan as key steps to advance asset management for the community.Project activities include the Village creating a 35-year capital replacement plan and compiling base asset information, and developing a maintenance tracking system that includes tasks and schedules to extend lives the following critical assets: water system; wastewater system; drainage; roads; and community buildings.
