Description
Through this project, the Rural Municipality of Fertile Belt No. 183 will develop performance measures, conduct a condition assessment, and complete a life-cycle optimization analysis in delivering a comprehensive infrastructure sustainability plan. The major asset groups are gravel roads and bridges. However, the analysis will also include facilities and fleet. This study will determine the long-range sustainability plan designed to determine optimal funding allocations and performance levels. It will address the infrastructure deficit, minimize risk, and deliver a short-range detailed works program (treatment strategy) to deliver the sustainability plan. This approach is based in best practices recognized through the national and international research and scientific community.
