Description
Bonfield will undertake the development of an asset management policy, condition assessment and datacollection templates, implement a work order management and asset management software system, andcomplete an asset management and data maturity assessment report. These activities will not only assistthe Township in identifying program and data gaps, but with solidifying roles and responsibilities within theorganization, and giving the Township an integrated system to house its asset data and run advancedreports. This new capacity will strengthen its overall program and help the employees work towards fulfillingprovincial requirements.\
