Description
The Village of Hodgeville will develop an Asset Management Policy. The asset management analysis follows with development of performance measures, conducts a condition assessment, and completes a life-cycle analysis. This will deliver a long-range infrastructure sustainability plan that will determine optimal funding allocations and performance levels (i.e. Level of Service (LOS)). The Village will also develop a short-range detailed works program in line with meeting those targets. The major asset groups are the urban roads and subsurface piping network. However, the analysis will also include the other asset groups including, buildings, treatment facilities, and fleet. This approach is based on best practices recognized through the national and international research and scientific community. This approach applies a database application to provide "Continued Support for Asset Management" by managing condition data and work history, reporting the on-going state of the infrastructure (level of service), and managing the program strategy.
