Description
The Town of Chapel Arm is proposing an Asset Management project that will be done in three phases. Phase 1 will be to create an asset register for our fixed infrastructure assets (approx. 3.9 kilometres of pedestrian walkways/trails, 3.3 kilometres of roads, 20 stormwater culverts, 23 municipal structures, and 9 engineered land assets like parks, sports fields, etc.), and utilizing using a Geographical Information System (GIS).In Phase 2, assets will be prioritized in terms of consequence of failure and probability of failure, as well as identifying critical assets. Phase 3 will focus on the high priority assets as identified in Phase 2 and capital and operational strategies and policies will be developed.
