Description
The town of Midale will develop an asset management policy. The town will perform an analysis that will include a condition assessment, a development of performance measures and a complete lifecycle analysis of the assets. This will deliver a long-range infrastructure sustainability plan that will determine optimal funding allocations and performance levels (i.e. Level of Service). Then, the town will alsodevelop a short-range detailed works program in line with meeting those targets.The major asset groups included in this project are urban roads and subsurface piping network. However, the analysis will also include buildings, treatment facilities, and fleet. The town will also set up a database to provide "Continued Support for Asset Management" by managing condition data and work history, reporting the on-going state of the infrastructure (level of service), and managing the program strategy
