Description
Available documented information on our existing municipal sewer and water infrastructure will be gatheredand used to prepare a composite utility map. An education session will be conducted for past Village staffto educate current staff on anecdotal information related to sewer and water infrastructure. A complete atopographic survey will be conducted of existing infrastructure servicing approximately 250 sewer and watercustomers. A GIS database of our infrastructure will be compiled. A formalized AM team will be formed andbegin establishing framework for integrating and maintaining the new data system into sewer and waterinfrastructure management practices.
