Description
The Village of Stockholm will develop performance measures, conduct a field level condition assessment, determine the infrastructure level of service (i.e. performance) and complete a life-cycle analysis in delivering a comprehensive infrastructure sustainability plan, including consideration for risk. The most critical assets are the focus of the project; water distribution and wastewater collection asset groups. This approach is based on best practices recognized through the national and international research and scientific community. The asset inventory, condition (performance) data, level of service analysis, and resulting maintenance & capital program strategy will be set-up in an asset management system for the Village's administrator to manage their asset management program
