Description
The City of Colwood will complete a road inventory and pavement condition survey of approximately 95 km of asphalt pavement roadway in the City. This analysis will be used to populate long range rehabilitation and/or reconstruction plans with detailed cost estimates in 2018 dollars. Such information will be a critical component of the City’s 50-year sustainable infrastructure replacement plan.
