Description
Developing and implementing a holistic asset management program requires a firm organization-widecommitment to the principles of asset management. This project includes three key activities that will enableSpringwater to develop asset management strategies and organizational capacity to ensure a sustainablefuture for our community. By developing an asset management policy, conducting a state of maturityassessment and training Springwater staff on best practices in asset management, the town will lay thefoundation for the good stewardship of its community infrastructure for many years to come.
