Description
The Village of Glaslyn will establish long-term strategic plans with Asset Management (AM) as a priority. Such a plan will lay out timelines, a leadership and creating policies to continue for asset management to be completed. Will be establishing Asset Management Committee to guide Council's decision making and upcoming training. The training will be used to further develop policies and procedures. The Village will create an Asset Management Plan for the community. This project will involve staff learning about and discussing levels of service, risk management, and life cycles costs associated with providing various services.
