Description
The Village of Muenster will establish an asset management program. The village will implement a GIS asset map of water infrastructure to improve operations/ maintenance record-keeping and mitigate knowledge loss. Then, the village will complete an asset condition assessment o fits roads and sanitary systems, which will inform the recommendations presented in the AMP regarding priorities and reinvestment rates. Finally, a comprehensive Asset Management Plan (AMP) will be prepared, including recommendations for the asset management program, summary of the current condition of assets, level of service discussion (current versus desired), and financial analysis including funding gap analysis between current investment and what is required to achieve desired levels of service.
