Description
The Village of Forestburg has started taking steps to build a strong asset management foundation. The Village has realized that they are missing two key components to ensure long-term asset management success. These are a centralized asset database (for road, water, sewer, and gas networks), and a roadmap clearly outlining steps for the next few years.This project will provide the Village with a centralized asset database, a 5-year roadmap to inform asset management decisions, and training and support to build in-house asset management capacity.
