Description
The Corporation of the City of Windsor (City) is developing a significant and complex project intended to engage the community and amalgamate the Asset Management function with the Capital Budget development process. This project is intended to sustain and drive Asset Management Plan development and reporting as well as adherence to Ontario Regulation 588/17 requirements.The scope of work entails developing levels of service and risk profiles, integrating active transportation priorities into corporate asset planning, and improving communication to City Council and the community through interactive GIS mapping of priority capital projects.
