Description
The purpose of this project is to assess the condition of the Town of Preeceville existing water, sewer, storm, and road infrastructure, determine recommendations for improvements and future servicing strategies, and develop a capital planning aid for scheduling of work and budgeting. Utilizing this information, the Town of Preeceville will develop a GIS database, develop a draft Asset ManagementPolicy, Asset Management Plan, and Asset Management Roadmap. The Town will achieve a long termasset management and capital upgrade plan based on the engineered inspections and results of existing assets.
