Description
The Town of Comox’s project will focus on building staff capacity through the development of an Asset Management Implementation Plan and an Asset Management Investment Plan. Through the implementation plan, Comox will create a clear road map on how the Town plans to improve its asset management capacity over the next 5 years. The Asset Management Investment Plan will assist the town in answering five key questions:1. What do we own? 2. How much is our infrastructure worth? 3. How much do we need to invest to sustain our infrastructure? 4. What is the condition of our assets? 5. When do they need to be replaced?
