Description
The proposed work plan focuses on tasks to collect and catalog datasets identified by the District of LoganLake staff as being useful to improving the overall efficiency of Asset Data management (improvement tothe Data and information competency). The work program will largely utilize the District's Lightship software.as well as provide ongoing training with staff to increase the functionality of the programDistrict staff will partake in a training program with the District's consultant for the cataloging and collectionof asset condition information for catchbasin and hydrants. This process will involve introduction to themobile hardware platform followed by discussion and implementation of the proposed condition dataframework for the identified asset types. The District also maintains historic records of sanitary CCTVinformation which is not currently correlated to the District's AM practices or investment plans. The Districtwill work with their consultant to review and catalog this information into the existing dataset in order toimprove upon the District's current analysis of overall asset network Risk. The analysis of Risk will beimproved by replacing estimated life spans. based on PSAB recorded install years and materials ofconstruction, with age vs physical condition correlations
