Description
The Village of Marwayne will capture critical current condition information on its Roads and Sanitary Mains through Condition Assessments. It will complete Asset Management Planning work to get a handle on water and waste water rates, by assessing critical life cycle water and waste water events to create reserves and set rates as per the future requirements to maintain/sustain the infrastructure. It will also create an asset management Policies & Procedures Framework and update its Asset Management Plan to meet current regulations and requirements.
