Description
The Town of Eatonia has already an Asset Management Strategy and condition assessments for the roads, sidewalks, curbs and gutters, sewer lines, and water lines assets. The town will conductassessments for the buildings, vehicles, equipment, and land to have a complete overview of the assets. All the assets will also be uploaded into Silversmith Data. The town will evaluate life cycle investmentsand compile all current and new information into an asset management plan. Thanks to this centralized AM plan, the town will be able to allocate funds in a more strategic, cost effective and realistic way.
