Description
The purpose of this project is to develop an Infrastructure Assessment and Ten-Year Capital Plan for existing underground infrastructure (sewer, storm), roads, and sidewalks to manage the inventory and better plan for Capital Works program. The Village will undertake the assessments of sewer mains, force mains, storm sewer mains, asphalt roadways; gravel roadways; concrete sidewalks; asphalt trails. Once each of these infrastructure items have been assessed priorities will be determined to accommodate for immediate, high, medium and low priority work with a capital cost for each to allow the Village to budget accordingly.
