Description
The Town of Happy Valley-Goose Bay will implement a three-phase asset management initiative. Phase 1of the initiative will include creating an asset register for fixed infrastructure assets and setting up ageographical information system. Phase 2 will include prioritizing the Town’s asset register in terms of theconsequence of failure and the probability of failure. Finally, Phase 3 will include capital and policy planningand will end with a workshop for both Council and staff.
