Description
The Village of Flaxcombe will locate, inventory, and measure fixed and mobile infrastructure assets, and the condition of each item will be rated using a predefined engineering methodology. An Asset Management Plan will subsequently be prepared utilizing the resulting field data. Summary statistics will be developed to identify any anomalous performance of individual asset elements and to detect trends or problems within asset classes or smaller groups of similar assets. The assessment function will support a prioritization process that determines where the Village should ideally concentrate its renewal spending over the next decade to maximize its return on investment.
