Description
The asset management team at the Township of Addington Highlands will work with Hemson Consulting Ltd. to improve our Asset Management Plan (AMP), describing service levels of Township-owned assets. This will lead to improved asset management policy, risk and criticality models, asset lifecycle management, better financial strategies, and sustainable infrastructure. Asset Management software will be purchased. Training in Asset Management and the relevant software will be provided to staff.This project will update our AMP considering unique financial and economic realities, centralizing this information in our shared municipal database. Results will ensure that our AMP will become more comprehensive, understood, and prioritized by staff, senior management, and council.
