Description
The project consist of developing an asset management plan which will serve as both a strategic and a tactical document, ensuring the management of the municipality's infrastructure follows sound assetmanagement practices and principles. The Asset Management Plan (AMP) will be prepared with theassistance of a consultant firm with expertise in preparing AMP. The city of Campbellton will acquire anasset management software in which contain the municipality's assets. The software will be used for themunicipality's asset management long-term strategy, annual report of performance measures and results.Condition assessment of municipal underground sewer pipes will be assisted using video inspection andflushing. Most of the assets condition assessment will be completed by the city of Campbellton technicalstaff.
