The Town of Edson will implement an AM Continuity Plan and CityWide Maintenance Manager Software. The development of the continuity plan and implementation of software will allow the Town to gain an advanced understanding of its assets performance and effectively plan for future maintenance based on data driven decisions. The plan will be critical to enhancing the overall understanding of the asset management program. The implementation of work order software will be a critical piece in continuing to advance asset data and long-term planning.
