Description
The Town of Hinton will develop the foundation for an enterprise wide asset management system with the completion of the following two stages; Asset Management Policy and Asset Management Objectives and Strategy. The project will create a vision, policy and clear strategy that are streamlined and coordinated across the organization and in line with our core values, ideologies and goals. Once these two stages are complete, Hinton intends to continue forward momentum and move on to the implementation strategy stage and Asset Management Plans.
