Description
The Town of Assiniboia will update its Asset Management Policy and Strategy, which will include a review and update of existing Asset Management policy and strategy for submission and review by Council. The Town of Assiniboia will update the existing 2015 Infrastructure Master Plan (IMP) which will include a review and update of water treatment and distribution, sewage treatment and collection, storm water management, roadways and concrete and update capital costs estimates.The Town will establish an asset database for water, sewer, storm, roads/sidewalks, buildings/facilities, and equipment, suitable for upload to the Town's existing GIS system/software. This database will include the development of a critical asset list. The Town will also develop a capital plan for major infrastructure.
