Description
The Village of Perth-Andover has an asset management plan well underway. However, a few areas within the plan require further development. The municipality will perform a condition assessment of eight buildings/facilities. The municipality will also update its asset management plan with the information collected from the GIS Mapping system on water, sewer, and electrical utilities infrastructure. These actions will provide the municipality with the data needed to enhance its plan and improve both short and long-term decision-making.
