Description
Smoky Lake County has recognized the need to increase asset management capacity internally. The main achievements of this project include:-Asset Management Strategy, Plan, and Roadmap focused on road, culvert, and bridge asset classes;-Centralization of asset data into a central database focusing on road, culvert, and bridge asset classes; and-Training staff to improve in-house asset management capacity.These activities will ensure that the County has the support and direction it needs to make strong asset investment decisions for the foreseeable future.
