Description
The Township of Red Rock will develop of a risk, lifecycle, and levels of service framework, andparticipate in asset management training. Through the development of these frameworks the town willgain an advanced understanding of assets performance and effectively plan for future maintenance based on data driven decisions. Further, this greater understanding and more holistic picture of asset performance paired with the asset management training will entrench asset management practices across the organization. Finally, the frameworks will be critical in the development of future asset management plans and ensure alignment with provincial regulations.
