Description
The Town of Hanover will assess the condition of its roadways using LAS Roads Assessment Service. TheTown will further develop an asset management plan for its roadways using the data generated (PavementCondition Index (PCI)) during the condition assessment which will be stored in a web-based environment.The interface provides visual tools and methods to help decision makers formulate optimum strategies tomaintain and improve their roadways over a given time period including repair suggestions, prioritizationand long term planning.The Town will assess the condition of its sanitary sewer mains using Zoom camera technology; theassessment will allow the identification of operations and maintenance issues as well as priorities for capitalplanning and infrastructure management issues. The inspection data will be uploaded to the City Widemanagement database where it becomes readily accessible and permanently linked to its assets. Theinspection provides digital sewer video information and condition assessment as well as GIS location of allsanitary manholes.
