Description
The City of Port Coquitlam will develop asset management plans (AMPs) for each asset group, along with developing and utilization of its CityWide Asset Manager software. Asset groups include: Water, Sanitary, Drainage, Roads/Transportation, Facilities, Parks, Fleet/Equipment, and Information Services. This grant funding will support the work, which includes: State of the Infrastructure (SOTI) Report; Condition Assessment Program Development; Data Disaggregation Consolidation, and Refinement; Lifecycle Analysis; Risk Analysis; Levels of Service Analysis.
