Description
The Municipality of Bayham proposes to install approximately 446 metres of storm sewer and approximately 100 metres of bio-swale in the Village of Port Burwell. Stormwater management in the Village of Port Burwell requires upgrades to meet the health and safety, and water quantity\quality land use planning policies as set out in the Municipal Official Plan, the County of Elgin Official Plan and the Provincial Policy Statement.
