Description
The City of Steinbach will create an Asset Management Policy and Strategy to help guide its asset management efforts. The City will collect IRI and PCI condition assessment data for the City's paved road network (~100km) as well as produce a report including analysis and recommendations based on different funding scenarios. Lastly, the City will incorporate yearly sewer pipe PACP condition assessment data into its GIS system to improve analysis capability and prioritization of investment for future budgeting purposes.
